To ensure fair access to simulator reservations and efficient scheduling for all guests, The Golf House has established the following cancellation policy: 24+ Hours Notice Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible to receive a 50% refund issued as booking credit to the original account used to make the reservation. This credit may be applied toward a future simulator booking at The Golf House. Less Than 24 Hours Notice Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund or booking credit. No-Shows Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and do not cancel in advance will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund or credit. By completing a reservation at The Golf House, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

To provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following reservation guidelines before booking a simulator at The Golf House. Reservation Requirements: Simulator time must be reserved in advance through the online booking system. Walk-in reservations during normal business hours may be accommodated if time is available but are not guaranteed. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Arrival Time: Guests are encouraged to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation. Simulator time begins and ends at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time beyond their reserved slot. Time Limits: Reservations must be booked for a minimum of 1 hour, with an option to add additional time in 30 minute and hourly increments. Guests must conclude their session and vacate the simulator area by the end of their reserved time to allow the next group to begin promptly. Group Size: Each simulator reservation may accommodate up to the maximum number of players recommended per bay. For the best playing experience, 4 players per simulator per hour is recommended. Equipment & Conduct: Guests are expected to treat the facility, simulators, and equipment with care. Only clean golf clubs and facility provided golf balls may be used. Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges. Food & Beverage: Food and beverages may be consumed in designated areas. Outside food and drink is allowed, except for alcohol. The Golf House Snack Bar will be open during normal business hours and will serve various food and beverage items, included canned beer, seltzers, wine and more. Hard alcohol will not be availalbe in the Snack Bar and is stricly prohibited. Cancellations: All reservations are subject to The Golf House Cancellation Policy. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking. Facility Rules: The Golf House reserves the right to modify reservations, close the facility for maintenance, or remove guests who violate facility rules or behave in a disruptive manner. By completing a reservation at The Golf House, guests acknowledge and agree to this reservation policy.
